Vincent Potter is a Senior Policy Analyst at North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center, a public service center administered by North Carolina State University. As an analyst, Vincent tracks renewable energy incentives and regulations, grid modernizing technologies, electric vehicles, and power decarbonization. His research focuses on community renewable, grid infrastructure, and power sector operations.

In this presentation, Vincent discusses recent changes to residential electric rules and clean energy incentives. Without getting too far into the weeds, Potter talks about net metering, solar and renewable incentives, heat pumps, electric vehicles and much more.
