Vincent Potter is a Senior Policy Analyst at North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center, a public service center administered by North Carolina State University. As an analyst, Vincent tracks renewable energy incentives and regulations, grid modernizing technologies, electric vehicles, and power decarbonization.
