Penny Hooper, a retired Biology instructor from Carteret Community College and her husband, Mark, who has been a part time Diving Safety Officer for Johns Hopkins University and Duke University Marine Lab, are diving buddies.
Penny and Mark were invited to go on an Educational Tour to Cuba. They shared their stories and photos from the cultural and diving trip to Havana and the Gardens of the Queen reef in Cuba with a group of 11 people in the following video.
