POT LUCK PICNIC & LEMONADE LECTURE
Carolina Nature Coalition, the Sierra Club of Croatan and members of the UUFNB
gathered for a PEOPLES CLIMATE PICNIC on September 8, 2018.
Invites were sent to New Bern and surrounding area friends and we were please to have about 45 people in attendance.
Penny Hooper of the Sierra Club facilitated the Lecture and Discussion.
CNC and UUFNB demonstrated a small portable Solar Energy array.
Several small Solar arrays that are portable and can be used to charge a cell phone or other small device, were given away at this event.

Folks took time to Learn a few simple steps to conserve electricity by using solar.
Carolina Nature Coalition celebrated its 5th year of presentations.
